Official Rules

This giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Xpand Foam Solutions ("Sponsor"). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor, not to Facebook.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of North Mississippi (Lee, Pontotoc, Itawamba, Union, and Monroe counties) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who own or have decision-making authority over the property submitted for entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

The Promotion begins on August 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends on August 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

To enter, visit our giveaway landing page during the Entry Period and complete the entry form with the requested information, including name, phone number, email address, and property address or zip code. Limit one (1) entry per person and per household during the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person or household will be void. No purchase, payment, or fee of any kind is required to enter or win.

Sponsor may offer optional bonus entry methods (such as following Sponsor's Facebook Page, tagging a friend, or referring another entrant). Bonus entries are never required to be eligible to win and will not be the sole means of winner selection.

One (1) winner will receive one (1) crawlspace encapsulation service, consisting of vapor barrier installation and crawlspace sealing as scoped by Sponsor, for a residential crawlspace up to one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet (the "Prize"), with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $3,622.00.

• The Prize does NOT include a dehumidifier, mold remediation, structural repair, joist replacement, floor leveling, or beam installation.
• Any crawlspace exceeding 1,500 square feet will receive service up to the 1,500 square foot limit; the winner may purchase additional square footage or additional services at Sponsor's then-current rates.
• The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.
• Prize is subject to a property inspection. Sponsor reserves the right to decline to perform work, or to modify the scope of work, if the property presents a safety hazard, requires prerequisite repairs, or is not reasonably accessible.
• Winner is responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any fees associated with acceptance and use of the Prize.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted live on Sponsor's Facebook Page on August 30, 2026, during which a minor child of the Sponsor's owner will draw one (1) entry at random from a bowl containing all eligible entries. The live drawing is conducted for transparency and promotional purposes only; the random selection method ensures fairness regardless of who physically draws the entry. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry within 3 business days of selection.

If the winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts (a minimum of two (2) attempts over 48 hours), or does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, the winner will forfeit the Prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries by a subsequent random draw.

The winner may be announced publicly on Sponsor's Facebook Page and/or website using the winner's first name and city/town, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Award of the Prize is contingent upon the winner (a) being verified as eligible under these Official Rules, (b) providing proof of property ownership or written authorization from the property owner to perform the work, and (c) executing any release, affidavit of eligibility, and/or liability/publicity release requested by Sponsor within the time period specified by Sponsor. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Scheduling of the Prize service will be coordinated between Sponsor and the winner and must generally be completed within 30 days of winner confirmation, subject to weather, site conditions, and scheduling availability.

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death, except to the extent caused by Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes each entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of the entrant's name, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. The winner may be required to sign a separate written consent confirming this release, including before/after photographs or video of the completed work.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Information submitted with an entry is provided to Sponsor, not to Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc., and will be used by Sponsor to administer the Promotion and, where the entrant has not opted out, for future marketing communications.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, subject to applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Lee County, Mississippi.
